Discover a different, proactive, health-based dental experience at Frank Kurowski, DDS, PSC. We’re confident we can provide superior dental care like none you have experienced before.
Dr. Kurowski’s treatment philosophy is based on the study of people with beautiful smiles in their 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond, that have retained their natural teeth with little wear. This physiological model of oral function, comfort, esthetics, and health can help you protect your teeth from aging wear, breakage, loosening, and loss. Patients who experience tooth sensitivity, worn and/or broken teeth, jaw joints discomfort and/or popping, headaches, neck or shoulder tightness, or sleep apnea are experiencing a breakdown of their chewing system and skeletal alignment. Dr. Frank Kurowski focuses in diagnosing and treating the underlying causes of why your teeth wear/break, or why you have joint discomfort. His goal is to help each patient retain all of their teeth all of their lives, if possible, in maximum comfort, function, health, and esthetic beauty.
If your teeth are worn, flat, breaking, loosening, or sensitive, or if your jaw joints pop, click, or are painful, call to learn more about how the benefits conservative dentistry based on physiological function could benefit you.

For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Financial Consideration for Dental Services
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical, aesthetic and psychological well being. Your teeth should last a lifetime, and financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important, life-enhancing care. We are always available to answer your questions and/or assist you in any way we can.
Insurance Considerations: Dr. Kurowski works for you, not your dental insurance company. Our practice does not diagnose or provide therapy and treatment based on dental insurance allowances. Diagnoses and treatment will be based on Dr. Kurowski’s judgment and experience, as well as your desires and wishes. Dr. Kurowski and team will partner with you allowing you to make the final decision regarding your dental health.
Financial Considerations: We request payment on date of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Debit, personal checks, and cash. We can accept assignment from most insurance plans as long as they allow you the flexibility to choose an out of network provider. Any balance not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
We partner with CareCredit® to offer financing with application and approval for extensive treatment. Interest-Free “Same As Cash” Credit Line: Monthly payments (up to 6 months) interest free, up to $25,000. Extended Payment Plan: For treatment plans $1000 and up; 24-48 months duration; no down payment required; no pre-payment penalty.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
